Signed BEFORE you disclose your product spec, BOM or CAD file. Legally binding under Guangdong Province jurisdiction. Template available in English + Chinese.
Your invested tooling is physically tagged, stored in a dedicated cage, and never used for third-party orders — even for similar geometries. Written commitment with penalty clause.
Your CAD, artwork and packaging files stay on our internal encrypted server. No cloud sync. No external contractor access. Files deleted 30 days after project archive on request.
If your ODM design is patent-worthy, we help you file a Chinese utility model / design patent (protects globally via priority date). We waive our co-inventor claim — the IP is 100% yours.
We reject inquiries that try to clone your finished product. If a competitor sends us a photo of your SKU asking us to make the same thing, we say no — and tell you.
Every batch ships with traceable material COA, MSDS, REACH/RoHS reports and packaging spec sheets — everything your Amazon compliance team or customs broker will ask for.
If we ever break any of these — you own the tooling and we pay a 3× penalty."
