No. The Bumper Guard snaps around the outer edge of the slab without touching the grader label, holograms or seal. Installation and removal are 100% non-invasive — the slab remains exactly as it left PSA / CGC / BGS. No adhesive, no clips through the seal, no risk of grade invalidation.

02How much drop protection do the Bumper Guards actually provide?+

Independently tested by SGS: 1.5m (5ft) drop onto oak flooring with a PSA 10 slab inside — zero visible slab damage, zero grade change on re-submission. 85% of impact energy dissipated through the silicone corners. Repeatable across 100+ drop cycles per Guard.

03Which grading slabs does the Bumper Guard fit?+

Six variants: PSA (125×95×6mm), BGS (130×98×6.5mm), CGC (128×96×6mm), SGC (125×92×5mm), TAG (126×94×5.5mm) and HGA (127×95×6mm). All grader-specific to eliminate wobble. A Universal-Fit variant with adjustable inserts is also available for mixed slab collections.

04What is the MOQ for custom Pantone Bumper Guards?+

MOQ starts from 500 pcs per SKU (per grader-size + colour combination) for custom Pantone. Stock colours (Black, Red, Blue, Clear, Foamgrid Signature Red) available from 100 pcs. Sample MOQ is 1 pc for existing tooling. Full-colour silicone matching ΔE ≤ 2.5.

05Is the silicone material safe for long-term slab contact?+

Yes. We use food-grade Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) — Shore A 40-60, no plasticizer bloom, no off-gassing, no chemical migration to the slab plastic. FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 compliant. REACH SVHC-free, RoHS, CPSIA lead-free. Safe for indefinite indoor display and shipping.

06Can we brand the Bumper Guard with our own Logo?+

Yes. Debossed Logo (moulded into the silicone), silk-screen printing on flat surfaces, or laminated Logo tag are all available. Logo MOQ from 300 pcs. Multi-colour, gradient, metallic ink and glow-in-the-dark options supported. Turn-around 7-10 days for artwork approval to tooling adjustment.

07Does the Bumper Guard fit inside a Magnetic Card Holder or display case?+

For display: no — the Guard adds ~4mm to each edge, so it comes off before you snap the slab into a Magnetic Holder. For shipping / storage: yes — the Guard stays on inside the shipping polybag or corrugated mailer. Best combo: Bumper Guard for transit + Magnetic Holder for display.

08What is the standard packing configuration?+

Per grader size: 20 pcs per inner OPP bag, 25 bags (500 pcs) per master carton, ~0.038 CBM / ~8.5 kg GW. Universal-Fit variant: 15 pcs per bag, 20 bags per carton (300 pcs). Custom retail box, blister and FBA polybag with FNSKU available.

09What is the lead time from PO to shipment?+

Existing tooling with stock colour: 10-15 days from 30% T/T deposit. Custom Pantone: 15-25 days. New tooling for a specific grader variant: 45-60 days total (12-25 days tooling + 15-20 days production). Fastest confirmed express production is 7 days for stock inventory + FBA labelling.

10Do you offer Amazon FBA direct shipping?+

Yes. We handle FNSKU labelling, individual poly-bagging with suffocation warning, master carton compliance (≤22.7kg), pallet stacking and direct-to-FBA shipping from Shenzhen / Guangzhou to US, UK, DE, FR, JP FBA warehouses. FBA labelling fee waived on orders ≥5,000 pcs.

13How do I get a physical sample to test on my own slabs?+

Custom Pantone sample: USD 80-150 fee + 7-day production, fully refunded on your first bulk order ≥USD 3,000.

14What payment terms do you accept for OEM buyers?+

30% T/T deposit + 70% against BL copy is standard. We also accept L/C at sight for orders above USD 30,000, Alibaba Trade Assurance for extra buyer protection, and PayPal / Alipay for sample orders. Repeat buyers with 12+ months of history may apply for O/A 30-60 day terms.
