MOQ starts from 500 pcs per SKU (per thickness + colour combination) for custom Logo orders. Blank stock magnetic holders available from 100 pcs. Sample MOQ is 1 pc for existing tooling.

02Which thickness (pt) fits my card?+

Common sizes: 35pt fits standard modern cards (Pokémon, MTG, Yu-Gi-Oh), 55pt fits thicker chase cards, 75pt-100pt fits jersey / relic cards, 130pt-180pt fits vintage / PSA slabs, 260pt-360pt fits patch / booklet / oversize slabs. When in doubt, measure card thickness in mm and multiply by 39.4 to get pt.

03Are your magnetic holders PSA / CGC / BGS compatible?+

Our 130pt and 180pt magnetic holders are widely used to display PSA, CGC, BGS, SGC and TAG graded slabs. They are display cases (not sealed grader-official cases). For sealed grading slabs used for actual grading submissions, see our Graded Card Slab product line — we are an OEM partner for PSA and CGC.

04How strong is the magnetic closure? Will it damage foil cards?+

We use rare-earth neodymium magnets rated N35 to N42 (customer-specified). The magnetic field is contained inside the corner recesses and does NOT reach the card surface — safe for foil cards, holographic cards and standard modern cards. Magnetic field is well below 0.5 mT at card surface (tested by SGS).

05Do your magnetic holders block UV rays?+

Yes. Standard acrylic body blocks 92-95% of UVA/UVB. Our premium UV+ grade blocks 99% and passes 1,000-hour QUV accelerated ageing test without visible yellowing (Δb ≤ 1.5). Both grades available for OEM orders.

06Can you match my Pantone colour and custom Logo?+

Yes. Any Pantone Solid Coated colour matched for the body (MOQ 500 pcs, ΔE ≤ 2.0). Logo printed via silk-screen (Pantone-matched), UV digital (photo-realistic, unlimited colours), hot-stamping (metallic foil) or laser etching (permanent). Multi-colour Logo, gradient, metallic foil — all supported.

07What is the standard packing configuration and CBM?+

For 35pt: 25 pcs per inner OPP bag, 20 bags per master carton (500 pcs total), ~0.045 CBM / ~10.2 kg GW. For 130pt: 20 pcs per bag, 10 bags per carton (200 pcs), ~0.055 CBM / ~11.5 kg. Full CBM / GW / N.W. table in the Packaging section above. Custom retail box, blister and FBA-direct polybag available.

08What is the lead time from PO to shipment?+

Existing tooling with custom Logo: 15-25 days from 30% T/T deposit. New tooling (custom geometry): 45-60 days total (12-25 days tooling + 15-20 days production). Fastest confirmed production is 10 days for stock colour + stock Logo overprint.

09Do you offer Amazon FBA direct shipping?+

Yes. We handle FNSKU labelling, individual poly-bagging with suffocation warning, master carton compliance (≤22.7kg), pallet stacking and direct-to-FBA shipping from Shenzhen / Guangzhou ports to US, UK, DE, FR, JP FBA warehouses. FBA labeling fee waived on orders ≥5,000 pcs.

10What certifications do the magnetic holders carry?+

REACH (EC) 1907/2006 SVHC-compliant, RoHS-compliant, CPSIA lead-free. Our factory holds ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. Third-party test reports (SGS / BV / TÜV) available on request at no extra cost.

11How do I get a physical sample?+

Contact Kelly on WhatsApp or email with your target thickness. Existing-mould sample: free product, ships in 3-5 days, you cover DHL/FedEx (~USD 30-80). Custom Logo sample: USD 50-150 sample fee + 7-day production. Sample fee 100% refunded against your first bulk order ≥ USD 3,000.

12Can you protect my design if I share a custom shape or Logo?+

Yes. We sign a bilateral NDA before you share any confidential file — CAD, artwork, Pantone reference. Your invested tooling is physically tagged, stored in a dedicated cage and never used for third-party orders. Every OEM contract includes a written 3× penalty clause for design leakage.

13What payment terms do you accept?+

30% T/T deposit + 70% against BL copy is standard. We also accept L/C at sight for orders above USD 30,000, Alibaba Trade Assurance for extra buyer protection, and PayPal / Alipay for sample orders. Repeat buyers with 12+ months of history may apply for O/A 30-60 day terms.

14What if we receive damaged units on arrival?+

Report damage / shortage within 7 days of port arrival with photo evidence. We re-supply the affected units free of charge — air freight at our cost for urgent items, sea freight bundled with your next order otherwise. Our packing standard achieves <0.3% in-transit damage rate across 35 markets.
