01What is the MOQ for custom Logo Toploaders?+

MOQ starts from 500 pcs per SKU (per thickness + colour combination) for custom Logo orders. Blank stock Toploaders available from 100 pcs. Sample MOQ is 1 pc for existing tooling. Bulk pricing tiers kick in at 5,000 / 20,000 / 100,000 pcs.

02Which thickness (pt) fits my card?+

Common sizes: 35pt fits standard modern cards (Pokemon, MTG, Yu-Gi-Oh), 55pt fits thicker chase cards, 75pt-100pt fits jersey / relic cards, 130pt-180pt fits vintage cardstock, 260pt-360pt fits patch / booklet / thick memorabilia. Measure card thickness in mm and multiply by 39.4.

03What is the difference between PVC and PET Toploaders?+

Rigid PVC (our standard) offers 92% clarity, excellent scratch resistance, and the best price point. PET (our premium) offers 95%+ clarity with better anti-yellowing performance and slightly more rigidity, but costs 25-40% more. For volume retail we recommend PVC; for grading pre-submission or high-value display we recommend PET.

04Are your Toploaders acid-free and safe for long-term card storage?+

Yes. All our Toploaders are made with plasticizer-free PVC or PET - no acid, no plasticizer bloom, no chemical migration to card surface. REACH SVHC-free, RoHS compliant, safe for indefinite indoor storage. Independent test reports from SGS available on request.

05Can you print my custom Logo on Toploaders?+

Yes. Silk-screen printing (single or multi-colour, Pantone-matched, opaque or clear ink) is standard. UV digital printing available for photo-realistic multi-colour designs. Hot-stamp foil (gold/silver/rose gold) for premium look. Position: front-top, back-top, or full-back. MOQ from 500 pcs.

06What is the packing configuration and CBM per master carton?+

For 35pt: 25 pcs per inner sleeve, 40 sleeves (1,000 pcs) per master carton, ~0.032 CBM / ~7.5 kg GW. For 130pt: 25 pcs per sleeve, 20 sleeves (500 pcs) per carton, ~0.045 CBM / ~9.8 kg. Custom retail box, blister card and FBA direct-to-warehouse polybag available.

07What is the lead time from PO to shipment?+

Existing tooling with stock colour: 10-15 days from 30% T/T deposit. Custom Logo: 15-25 days. New tooling (custom pt or shape): 45-60 days total (12-25 days tooling + 15-25 days production). Fastest confirmed production is 7 days for pure stock + FBA labelling.

08Do you offer Amazon FBA direct shipping?+

Yes. We handle FNSKU labelling, individual poly-bagging with suffocation warning, master carton compliance (<=22.7kg), pallet stacking and direct-to-FBA shipping from Shenzhen / Guangzhou to US, UK, DE, FR, JP FBA warehouses. FBA labelling fee waived on orders >=5,000 pcs.

09What certifications do your Toploaders carry?+

REACH (EC) 1907/2006 SVHC-free, RoHS-compliant, CPSIA lead-free. Factory ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified. FDA-inert PVC and PET grades available for food-contact-adjacent applications. Third-party SGS / BV / TUV reports on request.

11How do I get a physical sample to test?+

Contact Kelly with your target thickness. Existing-mould sample: free product, ships in 3-5 days, you cover DHL/FedEx (~USD 25-60). Custom Logo sample: USD 40-100 sample fee + 7-day production, fully refunded on your first bulk PO >=USD 2,000.

12Do you support Amazon multi-pack (25pcs / 50pcs / 100pcs bags)?+

Yes. Standard Amazon multi-pack configurations (25 / 50 / 100 / 200 pcs per polybag) are all available, each with FNSKU label + suffocation warning. Custom pack counts on request. Multi-pack retail box with EAN barcode also supported.
