MOQ starts from 500 pcs per SKU (per size + colour + finish combination) for custom back-design. Blank stock sleeves available from 100 pcs. Sample MOQ is 1 pc for existing tooling. Volume tiers at 5,000 / 20,000 / 100,000 pcs.

02What sizes do you offer and which fit my cards?+

Matte sleeves: frosted back for anti-glare display, easy to mark with erasable marker, preferred by competitive TCG players. Double-matte (matte both sides): tactile shuffle feel, premium hand and tournament-legal in most formats. We offer all three finishes.

04Are your sleeves tournament-legal for Pokemon, MTG and Yu-Gi-Oh?+

Our standard-size (66x91mm) and Japanese-size (62x89mm) sleeves meet the dimensional and opacity specifications required by Pokemon, MTG, and Yu-Gi-Oh tournament rules. Opacity guaranteed: none of our sleeves is transparent enough to allow card back reading from the outside. Please verify with your specific regional organiser for any additional requirements.

Yes. Full-colour offset print, digital print and silk-screen options. Any custom artwork, brand Logo, player card art, or geometric pattern. Pantone-matched colour backgrounds available. MOQ 500 pcs. Turn-around 15-20 days from artwork approval. CMYK artwork file required (PDF/AI/PSD 300dpi+).

06Are your sleeves acid-free and safe for long-term card storage?+

Yes. All sleeves use acid-free, plasticizer-free PP or PET film. No sulphur, no PVC, no chemical migration to card surface. REACH SVHC-free, RoHS compliant. Safe for indefinite indoor storage. Perfect Fit inner sleeves are specifically designed for long-term archival use inside Toploaders.

07What packing configuration and CBM per master carton?+

Standard 66x91mm: 100 pcs per polybag, 50 bags (5,000 pcs) per master carton, ~0.028 CBM / ~6.8 kg GW. Japanese 62x89mm: 100 pcs per bag, 60 bags per carton. Full CBM table in the Packaging section. Custom retail box, blister card and FBA multi-pack polybag available.

08What is the lead time from PO to shipment?+

Stock colour blank sleeves: 10-15 days from 30% deposit. Custom back print: 20-30 days. Custom size + tooling: 45-60 days total. Fastest confirmed production is 7 days for stock + FBA labelling restock orders.

09Do you offer Amazon FBA direct shipping?+

Yes. FNSKU labelling, individual poly-bagging with suffocation warning, master carton compliance (<=22.7kg), pallet stacking and direct-to-FBA shipping from Shenzhen / Guangzhou to US, UK, DE, FR, JP FBA warehouses. FBA labelling fee waived on orders >=5,000 pcs.
